Pre-Listing Inspection - $350 + based on sq ft

4 - Point Inspection: $250 + based on sq ft
A 4-point inspection is an examination of the current condition of a house or condominium, reviewing 4 major systems: roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. This specific inspection is highly requested by potential buyers and realtors either before or during the due diligence period. Due to the high demand of buyers many clients choose a 4 - point inspection because its quick and the most cost effective. Insurance companies request 4- point inspection before someone can renew or be eligible for their desired coverage plan.
Radon Gas Testing: $200 +based on sq ft and mileage
Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it's also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the Surgeon General. One out of 15 homes is estimated to have dangerously elevated radon levels. The Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing all houses. Millions of Americans have had their homes tested for radon, and you should, too.
Drone Roof Inspection: $75 + based on sq ft
Finding indications or signs of leaks, insulation breakdown, and other defects on a roof is usually a challenge especially with a naked eye if it is not visible. However, adding relevant sensors such as photo and infrared cameras on the drones can help them to see the indicators of a leak, insulation breakdown, and other roof defects. Drones can take measurements, capture images or video from the same spot and orientation. This is usually a valuable feature when there is a need to clarify or confirm some fine details. Such as task takes a few minutes.This is almost impossible when using the manual methods which often involves trial and error and never guaranteed to accurately repeat an action that was performed earlier.
Annual Maintenance Inspection: $225 + based on sq ft

New Construction Inspection: $425 + based on sq ft
Are you building a new home? I’ll come out during different phases of the construction process to make sure your project is being executed according to your specs. I can verify that scheduled work has been completed before you make a payment to your contractor. I’ll also come out prior to project completion to help you and your general contractor devise a punch list of remaining items. This is not a code-compliance inspection for your contractor, but a New Construction Inspection for you.
